Shipping policy
Hello Organic values our products and our main interest is that our valued customers receive the orders they receive undamaged and fully intact. Unfortunately, once a shipping partner takes possession of our packages we have no control over how they are handled or their procedures for delivering them. If an item is delivered damaged or broken, we will do our best to work with the shipping partner and our customer to come to an agreement for replacement, however, we cannot be held responsible for shipped items once they are in the possession of the shipping partner.
